- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger chicken pieces.
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
