Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and oil until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into desired lengths on parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place churros in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture while warm.
