Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef.
- Place the filled taco shells in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the shells are crispy.
- Remove and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray taco shells with cooking oil.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
