Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Combine the mashed bananas with the wet ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use overripe bananas for sweetness.
