Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Stir in the diced bread, cheese, sausage, and bell peppers.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
