Ingredients

- 2 cups of semolina (rava)
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and water to make a smooth batter.
- Add mixed vegetables, turmeric, salt, and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Once they splutter, add green chilies.
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from pan and serve hot with chutney.
Notes
- Adjust the consistency of the batter with water.
- You can add more vegetables as per your preference.
- Serve with pickles or yogurt for extra flavor.
