Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs.
- Serve with rice or bread.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
