- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas on the griddle for about 1 minute.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold tortillas and cook until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
