Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the centers.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake mixture into each strawberry.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best results.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Can be topped with chocolate drizzle if desired.
