Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add the milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
