Ingredients

- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread salsa on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer half of the tortillas over the salsa.
- Add half of the black beans, guacamole, and cheese.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Top with diced avocado and cilantro.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Customize toppings to your taste.
- Use tortilla chips instead of tortillas for a different texture.
- Make ahead and bake just before serving.
