Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Add butter, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
  6. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool, then mix powdered sugar with milk to make icing.
  9. Drizzle icing over the cooled cake.
