A delicious cinnamon rolls cake that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with a moist cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add butter, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then mix powdered sugar with milk to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over the cooled cake.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
