Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Stir in the cooked rice and frozen peas and carrots.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.

- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Try adding cheese for extra creaminess.
