A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, and mix well.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through.
- Stir well before serving.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
