- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
- Seal the bag and mix the ingredients by shaking it.
- Label the bag with the date and contents.
- Freeze the bag for up to 3 months.
- When ready to cook, dump the contents into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking for best results.
- You can substitute chicken with beef or tofu.
