Description

Instructions

  5. Roll out the dough into a larger rectangle and place the butter in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over the butter and seal the edges.
  7. Roll out and fold the dough multiple times to create layers.
  8. Chill the dough for 1 hour after every two folds.
  9. Shape the dough into triangles and roll to form croissants.
  10. Let the croissants rise for 1 hour.
  11. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
