Ingredients

- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add feta cheese to the mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
