Simple and convenient meals prepared in advance and cooked in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag.
- Seal the bag and mix well to combine.
- Label the bag with the date and contents.
- Freeze the bag for future use.
- When ready to cook, empty the bag into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Can be served with rice or tortillas.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
