Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Stir until heated through.
- Allow to cool, then portion into containers for freezing.
Notes
- Label containers with date and contents.
- Use within 3 months for best taste.
- Reheat in microwave or skillet before serving.
