Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables to the skillet.
- Stir in the cooked rice and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well and season with salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Seal and freeze for later use.
Notes
- Label containers with the date and contents.
- Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
- Can be cooked directly from frozen, just add extra cooking time.
