- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until wings are crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes at the end.
