Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, vegetables, rice, and chicken broth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let cool, then portion into freezer-safe containers.
- Label and freeze for later use.
