- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the mixed vegetables and seasonings.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
