Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Melt coconut oil and add to the dry ingredients.
- Add chia seeds and mix until combined.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond flour with coconut flour.
- Experiment with different flavors by adding nuts or seeds.
