- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, salt, whole wheat flour, and protein powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
