A hearty and comforting hobo casserole made with ground beef and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  5. Stir until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
