Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the mixture. Stir well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread softened butter on the dough.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix icing sugar and milk to make icing. Drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • Use more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before icing.
