Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Season chicken breast with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice it into portions.
- Divide rice, vegetables, and chicken into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
