Instructions
- Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
- In a pot, heat the white wine over medium heat.
- Add cheese gradually, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with a little wine and add to the cheese mixture.
- Stir until smooth.
- Serve with bread, vegetables, and fruits for dipping.
