Delicious homemade peanut butter banana bread.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add peanut butter and melted butter; mix well.
- Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add flour; stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Best served warm.
