A simple and flavorful pesto pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 100g fresh basil leaves
- 50g pine nuts
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 120ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Blend while slowly adding olive oil until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Drain pasta and mix with pesto.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of pesto by adding more or less oil.
- For a nut-free version, substitute pine nuts with sunflower seeds.
