Ingredients

  • 100g fresh basil leaves
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 120ml olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic.
  3. Blend while slowly adding olive oil until smooth.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Drain pasta and mix with pesto.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the thickness of pesto by adding more or less oil.
