Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Shape the dough into bagels and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
