- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
