A quick and easy lasagna recipe perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce, followed by 3 more noodles and the remaining ricotta mixture.
- Add 3 more noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil noodles for even quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
