Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced red and yellow potatoes.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
