Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F for roasted vegetables.
- Chop the vegetables and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare creamy mashed potatoes by boiling and mashing potatoes with butter and cream.
- Mix horseradish sauce and set aside for serving.
- Bake garlic bread according to package instructions.
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare Caesar salad by tossing romaine lettuce with dressing, croutons, and Parmesan.
- Serve all sides hot with prime rib.
