Instructions
- Prepare the fruits and vegetables by dicing and slicing them.
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and strawberries.
- Add feta cheese and mint leaves to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
