Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks.
  3. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender.
  4. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl.
  5. Add brown sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
