Description

A hearty tater tot casserole with ground beef and green beans for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  5. Mix well and spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
  • You can use shredded chicken instead of ground beef.
