A hearty tater tot casserole with ground beef and green beans for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Mix well and spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
- You can use shredded chicken instead of ground beef.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
