- 2 cups Heavy cream (Chilled)

Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
