- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin get crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Mix well.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
