- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc.)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (if using). Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the bowl and toss them with the remaining seasoning.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, shake the basket or flip the chicken breasts. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
