Instructions

  3. In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
  4. In a third shallow dish, place the seasoned bread crumbs.

  6. Dip in the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Finally, coat in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Spray both sides of the coated steak with cooking spray.

  10. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
