Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Dredge each piece of cube steak in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip in the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Finally, coat in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray both sides of the coated steak with cooking spray.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
