- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches if your air fryer is small.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm tortillas and your choice of toppings.
