Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  5. Once the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
