Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches if your air fryer is small.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Once the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables or add herbs for extra flavor.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes before cooking.
