Ingredients

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, and zucchini.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
