- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat it well.
- Then, dredge the chicken in the Parmesan mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to ensure it sticks.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
