Description
Crispy and golden air fryer ravioli, filled with your choice of cheese or meat, makes for a delicious appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen ravioli (cheese or meat)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Italian or plain)
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each ravioli into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the ravioli lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- You can use fresh or homemade ravioli as well, adjusting cooking time as needed.
