Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  5. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
  6. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
