Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh apricots
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apricots with granulated sugar and almond extract. Toss to coat evenly and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together almond flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and salt.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Spread the apricot mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apricots are bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
