A delightful apricot dessert that combines the sweetness of fresh apricots with a crunchy almond topping.

- 4 cups Fresh apricots
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon Almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apricots with granulated sugar and almond extract. Toss to coat evenly and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together almond flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and salt.
- Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the apricot mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apricots are bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delicious treat.
- You can substitute peaches or nectarines for apricots if desired.
